In Singapore where queue culture is prevalent, we notice people typically spend a long time physically in a queue, waiting to be serviced, be it at a popular eateries or clinic. Our aim is to come up with a solution to let customer join the queue without having to be physically present in the queue himself. Our target customers are service providers who have multiple clients waiting to be attended at the same time.
